Where will my chauffeur meet me?

Your chauffeur will be waiting in a prominent position holding a name-board in the arrivals hall (just after you exit customs). Once your chauffeur is in position in the arrivals hall, he will send you a text message (if a mobile contact number has been provided) introducing himself and explaining where he is waiting for you. We have children travelling with us, do you provide child seats?

Just let us know the ages of the children when booking and we will provide the appropriate child seats free of charge. Please note, you will have to fit the seats yourself in accordance with the law.

Do you charge waiting time?

We offer 15 minutes free waiting time on collection and 45 minutes free waiting time on an airport collection.
